About Still Waters Organizing

Not Your Average Professional Organizer

Compassionate Collaboration to Finish
What You’re Having Trouble Starting

When you’re surrounded by clutter, stacks of papers you need to sort through, or overflowing closets, it’s hard to know where to begin. That’s when you need someone who can guide you through the process to simplify and restore order to your home.

Hi there, I’m Paige Birch.

When you feel stuck and overwhelmed, I know just where to begin. I love helping you take steps toward finally feeling the relief and peace of mind you’re longing for.

No judgment, no shame. Just support

Still waters run deep.

Beneath every overwhelming space is a calm, beautiful home waiting to emerge. Still waters run deep — and so does my belief in what your space can become.

Compassionate Collaboration

After a fulfilling 30-year design career, including 7 years running my own business as a contract designer, I decided to pivot the focus of Still Waters Design to professional organizing.  Why? Because I want to spend the next chapter of my life doing work that serves others in a deeply meaningful way.

That means when I’m organizing your space, I am entirely focused on YOU. Your space. Your peace of mind. Your transformation. You get my full attention and dedication, because I want you to experience the lightness and joy that come through simplifying.

You’ll be amazed by the ripple effects decluttering and organization have on your life. When you get your space in order, it carries over into relationships, health and wellness, clarity, and brain power.

With years of experience and the wisdom that only comes later in life, I understand life transitions and what it feels like to stand at a crossroads and crave something that finally feels right.

My clients say that I compassionately guide them through their difficult decisions and kindly keep them on track—when they might otherwise get distracted. I’ve helped clients find simple solutions that work with their strengths rather than against them.

I’d love to be that resource for you.
